I've been a patient for about 20 years and always had prompt and accurate service both from the doctor(s) and the reception/dispensing/nursing staff. The "phone back" service enabling phone discussion directly with the doctor is extremely helpful and time saving. The on-line appointment booking and prescription ordering services are particularly useful. Could this be extended to appointments for blood test etc?

Dr Streeter has been an excellent carer since I joined the centre in 2001. He has listened to my problems and treated them expertly. His advice has always been excellent and he takes the time to treat a problem thoroughly no matter how minor. I have always had great confidence in his advice and treatment and would have no worries recommending someone to the centre.

I have had experience of Marden Doctors for over fifty years. As the practice went from one to three doctors and a purpose built surgery was opened, the entire operation has not only kept up with changes, .become busier / but it has also become more efficient and caring. In my opinion the whole operation is outstandingly good and is an example to all other practices.
